Having spent several years in that shithole, I discovered another option. I had a Filipino working for me that had been there for years and knew how things worked. Over the years he fixed me up with several Filipinas and even the odd Indonesian who had overstayed her Umra visa. If you can find somebody like that, you can have an unlimited supply. Be careful however, you never know who might be watching. I always had them come to my compound.

From reading here and WSG it seems like networking is the way to go: you get to know someone who knows someone who knows someone ... OR you take the hired help route.
Here is the prob, if you dont live on a western compound or attend embassy/western parties then youre pretty much outta the game it seems. What happened to good old freelancers? I know they are everywhere, its a matter of finding them here that seems the biggest problem. So, anyone care to tell how? or even share their contacts, that will be much appreciated no doubt!
... would appreciate if someone can tell me about the local scene.

When I lived at Kingdom Compound, you could get Filipina nurses (from Kingdom Hospital I believe) who would provide "maid" services. Not too sure if that is available now as I left there a couple of years ago but may be a good idea to ask about... ( I heard that a similar service was available at other compounds too)

Hi fellas,
Thought I’d share with you a recent p4p experience I had. Just to let you know some context, I have pretty much quit on looking for p4p in Riyad simply because of my own limitations of time and place. Hence I enjoy the hobby out of KSA as and when it can be done.
That being said, I recently had someone propose to me the whole nine yards. That is: a place, a lady, etc… All I had to do was to be there. So I said why not? The guy who was doing it also wasn’t directly involved so it was the proverbial friend of the friend case.
So I go to the eastern province where I was told everything was ready. I was taken to this house where the girl was waiting. So after my intro to the madam, the friend of the friend makes some small talk and then the madam goes in to get the girl. I didn’t have my hopes too high from the start and was mentally ready to be given a 5/10. Though I thought I was ready for a shocker but what walked in was still a let down. She was mid twenties, 4/10 face, 5/10 body. She was an Arab. The money had exchanged hands and I was at the no return point.
Before the two (friend of friend and madam) leave us to our business, I asked the madam how much time had I bought. She says as long as I want.
‘Good,’ I thought.
So we get out of our clothes and after some small talk, she gives me a bbbj which was surprisingly good. A not so good 69 followed and then we get on to the main event. She was a little tight. So I gathered that she wasn’t a pro-pro but an amateur-pro. 10 mins down the clock and I hear a baby crying somewhere in the apartment and this girl visibly nervous about it. We dress, she leaves, comes in the madam and the friend of the friend and I told him that this is a rip off etc. Madam apologizes, says kid was the factor for the less time provided, and promises the moon and the stars for the next time. We leave.
Monetary damage: 500 for the girl, 200 for the place, 200 for the madam. That’s 900 Riyals. A waste surely. But since this contact was being tried out the first time so it was an unknown and I was mentally ready just to get the foot in the door. Friend of the friend says madam will definitely make up for it the next time with better girl, better place and an all nighter.
Will keep you guys posted.

I know of one ex pat who lstill ives by me in Eastern Province who met a Saudi girl through her brothers (who he worked with) and they used to take her out into the desert to meet him for trysts. In the Eastern Province there is P4P in Saudi.
There are Eritreans working and the taxi drivers will drop them off to your compound.
There are also Flips who are working down in Khobar near the Gulf Centre.
I have never tried them thou.
I go to Bahrain just about every weekend these days as I like to have a drink and a shag on Thursdays.
There is heaps of action in Bahrain.

... and therein lies the reason, short term stay pretty much means IF your host is ready to bend over backwards at your every whim, then things will be arranged for you in a jiffy. Otherwise, you simply dont have enough time to network or hunt.
For longterm or residents, its the contacts you have. You keep your 'people radar' on alert and you will find people who are into p4p or know those who are.
Another popular route is the married/divorced lady in the mall. Takes too much time and resources but I know some who had some this way.
Biggest problem of many: a place. Either family is with you or place isnt on a compound. So outcallers have a prob and comparatively speaking, outcall is easier to find than incall in ksa.

True to the KSA spirit I finally squeezed a contact from a certain someone who was dodging information from me since a long long time. Long story short I got contact of a reportedly superb Moroccan  Lets call her R. When contacted initially, she was quite upset and angry as to who had given me her contact. Even though I gave her the right reference she said that, that person better call her and till then I need not bother her. Much easier to go to and wouldn’t have to worry about 'while the cats away' as any night there could be a late meeting and voila I am a happier person albeit for different reasons then the said meeting 
So folks, why is 'Moroccan' a legend in these parts of the world. I would say its very good main service plus excellent attitude. Also this girl could really read the body language and figure my next move or intention. Not once I had to 'tell' her about anything except the particular 69 position I like (not many clients I reckon who return the favor and usually enjoy the bbbj one way street.) Most high cost providers I have read about (8s, 9s, and 10s) in the Dubai thread have the hardened look and attitude and though they may satisfy immediate needs with looks and technique but I reckon a 10/10 attitude is harder to find on 8s, 9s, and 10s anywhere.
