Most of the places you mentioned are still good. A few of the Hotel have MPs, New York for one.
If you use the cambo yellow pages you can find many chinese MPs.
I took a swing up river, around the riverport area there were more el cheepo places than you could shake a dick at. I also saw a fair number of pretty girls on the street.
