Hotel Jayakarta has the dancers too on Wednesday evenings starting at about 4pm. The dancers there are nicer. But it's still not my scene.

wow! this forum's been quiet for a while.
I had plans to be in Jkt during the Eid break, but the flooding situation kinda worried me and called off the trip for a week..........till the water subsudes (pun intended).
Any punters wanna update on the Jkt situation?

Saw them dancers at Club 36.... but the mainly mainland Chinese hired roses are asking for over a million Rp for a in-house shot.

The "flooding" had no affect at all. But Eid is about the worst time to come to jakarta. Everything was closed on Friday. The traffic is sparse though, so that's nice.

Guess I miscalculated. About everything being closed on Friday, I doubt that'd been a problem. Most of my contacts are into administration and a holiday is just the right time to meet up.

Yep have to agree V quiet again, I have just had an interview in Jakarta and if all has gone well, I will be moving there within a month.
Previously you mentioned another forum, is this forum more indonesia orientated ?
It will be my first time in the city, however im sure with a bit of luck I may have a few bits and bobs to contribute to the forum.
