Buai - Never made it.... Had a major business crisis, so just ran out of time. Will be back in town in a few weeks and will submit field report then... will let you know in advance and maybe you can join?
Did spend an hour or so at CJs - rocking on Wednesday night ladies night, and I must admit I fell completely in lust for the singer in the band... unfortunately she was not interested.... Spent my time avoiding eye contact with a lot of not so good looking girls, and eventually hooked up with a cute little girl, who spoke very little english but was happy to keep my bed warm that night.

It has been a while since the scene in Jkt has been updated.
As I will be moving to Jakarta early next year for a few years, I would love to read up on the P4P scene there.
I was reading another forum last night, which indicated that LT with ladies will cost 500,000 Rupiah, to me this sounds quite expensive! Any comments?

My comment is "with how many ladies?? " I'd want at least 4 for that price .
I'm sure once your there you'll find value for money after all it should in reality be substantially cheaper than LOS.

Rp500,000 is about $50/THB2,000, not that expensive.
It depends where you go. Blok M girls will usually go for Rp300-400,000, girls at the 5 star hotel night clubs will test you for Rp1,000,000, etc.

For Jakarta,
Cost mostly vary, from cheap ones to expensive one. But 500K rupiah, is not expensive. It is same like in LOS even some University Student only 600K rupiah that was cheaper than in Bkk that minimum at rate 3000 to 5000 Baht. Please be careful when you hunt for cheaper ones, many Jakarta Girls bring STD as they often not use condom with their locals partner. At 150K to 300K range is very danger zone. You can happy with cheap price, but don't blame for problem that you will got later.

I believe in the Blok M area the women will go for 300k on the low end and up to 500k. I believe 350-400k is the average. You probably can get some of the older women mid 20's to 30's possibly lower. One thing that has happened over the last year or so in Indonesia is a high amount of inflation. With the US dollar dropping and the inflation there, I'm not so into it over there right now. Although, I've had some great women in Jakarta. There's something about them. It seems that the nightlife starts later and later there now, which kind of sucks.
