A guy I know who was in the Royal Navy said on arrival they were told which bars were "out of bounds", these of course were CITY (or the Arif Castel in his day). In effect all this did was tell them where to go.
They would do better to get 11B to give arriving ships a powerpoint presentation on proper pricing and procedure! 'Sill I don't mind the girls getting a big pay check once in a while as long as they keep the local's price reasonable.

Just curious - What nationality? Africa is a big place with a wide range of cultures. I am speculating that the high incidence of poor service may be limited one or two groups. You will get bad apples in every bunch of course.
I have certainly no complaints about our mutual Ghanan freind and sucess with her has put another Ghanan on my to do list (if I can find her again.)

Also saw another lady at TGIT yesterday who I hadn't seen in a year. She is not my type, so I wouldn't be pulling her, but she was also nice enough to come over and say hello.
Now the friend she used to hang with, Gerry... she's one of my regrets. Pulled her several times, great time, a little pixie. My regret is I didn't pull her more often. One of those you see in the bar everytime, think she'll always be around. Hi guys. Was in the area this evening so decided to go and try someone new at E's place. Laila came and sat with me. Strange how quickly these girls forget you. She did not recognise me.
