(I would know, I dated plenty, just in case you're wondering I rarely see white women I find attractive, just my taste) they're actually quite stubborn, but while a white chick will nag like there's no tomorrow if she's not happy, a Japanese woman will use different techniques, like actually keeping silent and refusing to talk until you apologize (didn't work with me, I'd just grab my guitar and play some music)...
BTW having said that I like Asian chicks more I'm still quite selective, I wouldn't date an Oriental just because she's got slanty eyes.... I just see many more attractive Asian women than white, just my taste.
Speaking of which, and talking about looks, in general I don't find Koreans very attractive, Of course met some stunning ones (didn't sleep with them unfortunately), but overall hmmmm.... the average Korean I think is so so.
Also I lived in Japan before, my two cents:
A really beautiful Thai woman is sexier but on average I would say in Japan women tend to be cuter....
meaning that while Thailand has plenty of stunning ladies there are also plenty of not so attractive ones, whereas in Japan I didn't see as many really stunning chicks (but again, of course some Japanese are real foxies)... but I rarely saw women that weren't at least cute, (maybe it's just my taste again, any opinion?)
either way, I'm happy to be in Asia 
and Vancouver is the next best place to be

Let me tell you, growing up in an all-"white" neighborhood has exposed me to plenty of racism too. Racism isn't more specific to any 1 nationality or race. It's ignorance, plain & simple, & ignorant people are prevalent no matter where you come from. It's true though that alot of Koreans of older generations can be very "racist" in their own way, but you have to realize how they grew up as well, during times of war, where many would formulate their opinions about foreigners by observing how the GI's were conducting themselves in their countries.
Also, I think we need to be careful when we make these types of generalizations about an entire group of people unless we qualify it by saying we're only speaking out of personal experience. Just as an example, let me tell you that my ex-wife was Japanese & believe me, if she'd stayed quiet & not said anything when she was angry, we'd probably still be married right now. As for Japanese chicks being cuter on the average, I've been to Tokyo before & believe me, there were some real ugly ones walking around too. It's hit or miss just like anywhere else you go.
I'll agree with what you said about chicks dating outside of race having no real bearing on how hot they are. Again, I was just speaking out of my own experience, & about the hot girls that I know & have seen hanging out in NY & LA. Of course, there's exceptions too & I've seen a couple hot Asian chicks hanging with white dudes from time to time also. Some even prefer white dudes because of some bad past experience with Asians or the fact that that's just the types of circles they run in & grew up in. Same goes with some white chicks that I know, who seem to have a preference to date ethnic guys.
It's all personal preference, & when I say "hot", I'm talking about what I consider to be attractive. Again, 1 guy on this thread calls Grace Park hot, & I call her barely average. It's all subjective.

Now staying in Seoul for a few days. I found Korean girl to be some of most beautiful girl in the world. From my experience, Korean girlfriend are very family oriented and once they pick you as their boyfriend then they are very devoted. However, they do want to control your life, this usually is the deal breaker for me.

Thanks for the advise Oz. It's the same result I've had over the last year or so. Planning on staying at the Ramada. Seems they have a nice Spa...does anyone have any experience with this place? When booking I noticed that the hotel claims (on expedia.com) to have in room massage. That's usually a good sign for extras if desired. A happy ending is always nice after a relaxing rub!
