Just kidding of course ! I am not based in Indonesia anymore so it would be a very long way for my car !
It is true that many places are very low profile and you will need to be introduced to find them.
Still enough foreigners/expats night spots to have fun. And,if you have time many regular girls available with some sweet talk.
Only think I could not find was a good and clean massage parlor. Meaning cleaner than in Kota/ Mangga besar area and with better girls than Melawai hotel.

Oh well ! I thot u'd take the spark plug rejuvenation advizse in better spirits ! 
For a clean massage, try bandung. The one I recommended in my earlier post called "99" is excellent. and 20 K rupiah for an hours job. Just shell out an extra 10 in tips.
Or for something more recent, try refleksi (reflexology) massage. Its great, quite like accupressure. Clean. Try it at Hotel Golden in Jakarta.
Sure. Sweet tongue and knowledge of bahasa does help.

I was there last week :
General comment: action during the week is very low, better wait Friday night.
30 (Meridien hotel) and Bats (Shangri-la) still alive and full of girls, after 22h00.
The trendy discos are Embassy (Senayan) and Musro (Borobudur hotel) packed on week ends, mainly locals, few working girls but good opportunities to pick up regular girls/students. Starts at 23h00-midnite
Expat pick-up places in Block M:
Top Gun : more guys than girls when I went there (Thursday night)
Oscar : good atmosphere, not so many girls but enough to find a cutie. Good band also.
Melawai hotel massage : still open even if the taxis in front tell you it is closed ! I don't like the place and the crowd there, also some girls are really butt ugly. Still can find some ok. Was told since business is slow they promote threesomes and "lesbian shows" !!
Lintas Melawai : still the place to pick up after 23h00 if nothing found elsewhere. All kinds of girls, from underage to old bags.
All these places are very safe but if you are American/Westener don't walk alone at night in deserted areas. And take the good taxis (blue/silver birds)

I went them several times in the past but always with Indonesian friends. Though not dangerous it is not a "bule" scene (Kota).
It is a big building with several floors catering for every needs : pub/coffe shop, karaoke rooms, massage (well you can call it brothel) and disco on the last floor. Good it is open early, even the disco, so you can pick up girls in late afternoon !
I would say quality and choice in general are ok. Little bit pricey compared to other places (at least for massage).
Many girls in the disco have the reputation to be on drugs.
On week-ends it is also a popular place with international DJs coming to play (sometimes !) like Sasha last month.

I lurrrrve Stadium. The only time I was in there, walked in at about 11 pm, walked out at 12.30 pm the next afternoon. Loud techno music, everyone tripping, mamasan came over with a line-up of girls, some nice some average. Better place to score is the KTV one level below. Also the onsite massage place. You can takeaway from all 3 places. Its like 4 floors of whores but much better.
In this genre, you might also try going to Millennium Disco, Sydney 2000.

i have been to the embassy just two days after the opening. damned crowded nice setup but not particulary impressed as damn sticky and hot. so a lot of gay poeple at that time and gave it a miss after that!
