I don't live iN Tokyo but elsewhere in Japan. I do go to Tokyo often (again on Saturday). Don't know any websites. I did end up in a bar one night.. Nigerian brought me there (I advise against going with these guys, however, I was drunk and he looked honest and scared of me!)
Anyhoooooo..... There was about 9 girls in the bar, 7 Thais 1 filippina and 1 from Singapore. Mamasan was thai, very nice lady. Bought drinks for 4 of the TG's and 1 filippina, Had a great time for about an hour. One TG was getting really huggy etc, as was the Filippina.

in europe you will have to get VERY lucky to get a girl from a club to go with you & will have to pay more than $200 & the experience will most likely be MUCH worse than you get in LOS & she will get out FAST!
but japan is still ASIA so great times are to be expected right

I've just moved away from Toyko but can easily help you out with the scene.
If you go to Roppongi where all the farang hang out then it's no problem to go with a massagi girl. You'll pay a lot of money for a so-so massage and very expensive BJ !!!
There are a couple of BJ bars there aswell with a selection of ladies that are much more reasonable price but reasonable in Tokyo is like 120 pounds.
There are numerous Strip bars and of course you can touch the girls during these which is nice.
If you manage to spend time with some Japanese guys they may take you to touchy bars where you buy a drink and have a girl all over you that you can of course play with during the drink, they will not let foreigners in on their own.

Hehe, sorry. I was trying to say the price is good for two sessions of 15 minutes bj.
