After the iron curtain in Europe opened,a German by the name of Ludwig Winkelstein started the OWK in CZ together with an other German from Berlin.Previously they already had a not successful BDSM club in Berlin in the early 80s.

Well. That's pretty far outside of Thailand and pretty far from "vanilla" too.
However, it has long been obvious to anyone in the BDSM scene that "Other World Kingdom" is indeed not what it purports to be. Periodically OWK has festivals and then it is possible to visit with your own Domme(s) and use the "movie set".
But basically OWK is a bait & switch fraud, a ripoff, a congame.
