Yeah lets know how that is too on field reports outside Thailand wish I can give info. I only know some romainians that live here in kuwait. They are swim instructors and Aerobic instructors. I have partied with them even it's illeagle here but never got laid (yet) They are some fine babes. They tell me there is good times at night there, but not enough work, or when theres work not enough pay. So they are here. Wish my schedule would permit a visit with them so I could get some better info for you but, it aint gonna happen sorry bro...

I was in Bucharest for 2 nights a couple years ago.. not a huge scene in the sense you might be hoping for, but plenty of working girls (they were always in my hotel lobby when I got home or when I checked out early in the morning). The the bellman was sure to say "if you need lady you let me know). So I know it is around.
I didn't mess with any of that as I didn't have time and was working late hours. Be a little careful though as Bucharest can be a bit dicey if you don't watch out. Romania is a very poor country so you have the usual security concerns...

I was in bucharest back in '99 & even Rumania might be one of the poorest in Europe it's far ahead of say Cambodia or even LOS! No need to worry much I'd say 
Sex scene seemed a bit similar to Moscow with the usual 5* hotel lobby freelancers & some freelance disco's as well.
I think Herestrau club are a sure bet to pickup a $100 whore who will do anything from 1 shot to all night depending on your skill and/or luck
