Was there a few years ago, and as a newbie there got ripped off.
The whole Egyptian culture seems to be about scamming you for all your money so be careful - be wary about the egyptian belly dancing nightclubs on the pyramid road and DO NOT trust a taxi driver to take you anywhere for girls - you will be ripped off for sure!!!
Probably your best bet (if your in a hotel) is the concierge guy (but you'll have to tip him) - but also be warned - the Egyptian ladies truely on the game are usually Fat & Ugly!!
(Or maybe I lived there too long and had too many bad experiences!!!!!!)

About 8 years ago we used Du Baffo's a german restaurant in Mahandiseen (Engineers city) take the two bridges across the Nile and the island from the Hilton drop down right at the end follow dual carrageway round slight bend to left, Du Baffos was on the right. Used to be full of Sudanese students looking for tuition fee money!! 10 pm onwards. Most lived down in Maadi a 20 min taxi ride away. Cant remember how much LT was often stayed 2-3 days with em.
A lot of girls have been circumsized which can be a terrible sight and must have been terrible for them.
I got to know girls who hadn't been done or who were from rich familys that took the to clinics for the operation.
