I am thinking about going to a ten day meditation center upcountry. Not Buddhist. But similar, no sex, no meat, no alchohol or cigs and mostly no talking. Anyone been to one of these before? It kind of sounds like a brainwashing cult thing. Should I fear for my sanity or look forward to aquiring it?
