You may be better off checking out the wsg forum.
Some interesting info & field reports on Abu Dhabi there.
From all accounts the "Ally Pally" pub at the Al Ain Hotel is the place, with the disco at the Novotel being another spot. But don't expect the same choice and quantity as Dubai.
99% Chinese - very few CIS from all accounts

Daytime action in Abu Dhabi........difficult.....at best.
Try Abu Dhabi Mall and Marina mall......Don't know where else to suggest......... You can pretty much garuantee most of the chinese here (not all though) are on the game and don't be afraid to ask!
Say something like (as best as I can transliterate mandarin) Wash-she-wan-knee (I like you) and see what happens!
There are a few hotels such as the Golden Sands which offer massage by young-ish chinese girls but a) unsure if this is available to non-residents b) if they are good to go
Your best bet is night time, get some phone numbers etc and then you can call them in the daytime........
I will hopefully going to Abu Dhabi soon on a project and am going to do a full recon of the place for here... I know of more places than boilerville ally pally and the Blitz disco @ novotel just need to refresh my mem on their names and if the scenes still good (been about a year since ive been there to look around)

When I was living there back in 1998/99, I used had a few successes at the 49's (Dana Hotel) - where there was a few CIS and a good number of filipinos (not "working" but get them drunk and you'll be able to get them back to your place for free).
The Emirates Plaza (??) Hotel (in same area but further down towards the port) (Forget name but on the top floor) where there was a filipino band. The deal was to get one of the dancers to sit with you, they would add Dhs500 to your bill. Pay the manager Dhs100 and he would let you take her back to your place. If you don't pay the manager all you get for your Dhs500 is company at the disco!!! (Learnt that to my cost on my first visit there!)
There was also a place (some sort of marina club the name of which I forget now) where there was a bar/barbeque/disco around the pool (as its outside only operates in the cooler months) with quite a few CIS girls around.

I've been there more recently 2001-2002 and yes it's still going strong!!!!!!

Have stayed at the Novotel, however the disco Blitz waas not that attractive.
Tried to pull for four nights, could not get any one up to the mark.
