I am going to Phnom Penn in January. I hear some things about people getting arrested in K11. Any truth to this?

K11 has been shut for last month,after a crack down by the local police.
It may be open in Jan,but word has it,it should be open by 1 Nov 04.
To be honest save your time,dont bother on going out there,dirty and dusty and to many under age girls also there is a presence when it is open,western agencies also police the area.
There are plenty of other places for p4p in Phnom Penh,do a search on some of my FR`s on Phnom Penh and on others that have travelled there.
With all that you wont need to go out there.

Its just that I was in K11 a year and a half ago. I heard some foreigners got arrested there and I don't want to take that kind of a risk. Its not my first time in Phnom Penn and I have been around SEA. Thanks for the update.

True it is about arrests being carried out there,western gov`s have been funding the local ngo`s,who then funded the local police to catch westerners doing the wrong thing.
