I think you will be able to find some "street walkers" around Richards and Nelson in down town Vancouver, if they have not been chased away. There are a lot of strip joints in the area also, just ask around. The skyline by the airport in Richmond is a pretty good strip club, and any girl in Surrey is most likely a "ho" have fun.
Just be thankful you are not in Edmonton, it is minus 30 here.

Richards and Nelson are only good if you want overpriced shitty service aimed at mostly the tourist. It is called the high tracks area
Cheap ugly crack heads are located in what is called the low tracks streets near main and hastings, not worth your time.
Kingsway heading to Burnaby the girls start to get better with prices that are fair and a few lookers - this is called the mid track area. It changes all the time so hard to keep up with where the current action is.
Victoria and Fraser street might have the odd one but unlikely.
A few message places but never tried them.
#5 Orange on main, Drake a few blocks away on Powell (I think) and the Cecil on Granville are all good strip clubs. No charge to get in last time I was there.
Pick up a copy of the Georgia Straight and the Buy and Sell for adds of FL incall or outcall I would suggest they are your best value for money. Then check out the reviews on http://www.perb.ca to try and get a good one.
