I had been spending a lot of time in Taiwan in the last few years as it is the main base of my family business. The night club scene in Taiwan is vibrant and well alive. Because of the law and society pressure, the scene is much more underground than LOS. Most of G-club is member only, which mean you can only come and became member if you are introduce and recommend by an existing member. If you come without reference, you will invarible be turn away. The club can be classified into four major category.
1) Uniform club-- In these clubs, the girl will wear uniform each day, (e.g. Monday- Lingerie, Tuesday- Nurse, Wednesday- French maid, etc....) In these club, anything goes, ( and I mean anything). For example, there was one popular game in these club call monopoly. The way it is play, is there is a board similar to monopoly, on each square, there is an description of a sexual activitiy. And when member will throw the dice and when the icon landed on the square then one of the girl must perform these acts. Some of the basic activity can included but not limited to act such as, BJ, candle dripping, Ice stuffing in different oriface, Straight sex, etc... Some of more adventurous activity can include SM or golden shower etc... Many of these club can rival one in Tokyo as far as the extent of sexual debauchery, The cost of these club is about NT 20000 -40,000 per evening for a group of four.
2) Casual dress club- Similar to Uniform club, except the girl is wearing causal cloth. In these club, the girl are usallly much prettier, There is not as much activity offered, Usually you can arrange BJ or S in the room with a tip. The cost is slightly more than unifrom club, about NT 35,000-60,000 for a group of four.
3) G club/ Piano bar- These are similar to the G-Club offer in bkk, The girl usually does not offered any activity in the room, the girl can be bar-fined and taken outside but it does not gurantee the girl will end up in your room. The cost is about NT10,000 to 25,000 depend on the class of the club.
4) Lounge- These are many new lounge opeing on the East Zone of Taipei, There are where the Hiso and celebrity bring their friend. There is FL but few and far in between. Most people come here to Chilled and relax.
5) Pub- In taiwan, when one say pub, usually one think of the E pub which was popular about 2-3 years ago. I will skip the detail of the E pub as per forum guideline.
The variety and different "business model" of these clubs are ever changing and quite amusing

Thanks Juniper. I saw your post from your link in misc girls.
I was wondering about a few things though. Please forgive me in advance for so many questions below.
My situations is as follows. I have an ARC (alien resident certificate) but no citizenship, and I do not speak the language. Furthermore, I cannot take entrust my double life with any of my colleagues or Taiwanese friends. So I have to be alone when I go to these places.
1 So, does this happen? Can I go alone to one of thos places?
2 Also, (so as not to appear so newbie as I obviously am), what do I do once there? Do I talk to the barman, (will they understand me?) or does the process happen by itself (does the manager offer me some options etc?)
3 Will I attract strange looks because of being a foreigner in there?
4 Is it safe to go to these areas? I know Taipei is quite safe, but some areas are a bit dangerous in the evening, like sanchong and lu chou.
5 Is there a directory in English that lists these ktv or other establishments? Where can I find them? )
6 And, probably one (more) silly question, do they accept credit cards? I was spoiled in Bangkok with how easy it was to pay by card in places like Poseidon.
So sorry about all these questions buddy.
I have heard that Hsi Men is a place where a lot of non-professional girls offer their "companionship" to men in return for money or expensive gifts, but I do not dare try it (assuming any of them will even bother approaching a foreign-speaking man) because I mighty be easily detected there b y people who know me and who hang out or who work there.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot. You mentioned something about prices per group of four. You mean four customers?
The prices you gave as an example are OK by me, (compared to bangkok, they bare high, but I get the advantage of not having to fly for t4 hours every time I want to play  ), but what happens when I walk into one of these places alone?
The one that strikes me as most suitable to my preferences is the Casual Dress Club, I think.
One more question, do I get to choose the girl I want (are they sitting somewhere visibly?)

1) Most of the place you will need to be member to get in.
2) Many of place will not let you in without prior notice. However, being a foreigner is actually an advantage. Because they will not suspect you will be an undercover police. Therefore I will just pick a large KTV and just go to the door then look like you belong and I think you will have a very good chance of being admitted.
3) I think foreigner will attract more attention but taiwanese are generally very friendly toward farang.
4) Taipei is a relative safe place, I never was too worry when I go. But I would stick with the big KTV and Night club. In taipei city proper, most concentration is near North Lin-shuan Road. and near Sogo department store. Also, in the Bigger KTV (like dynasty ) there will be mamsan who can speak english. Before you start, just make sure of the price quoted as Taiwan Gclub is notoried padding the bill. And when you get the bill just ask for a discount as they will always give you a discount. (Just use my figure as a guide, you should not pay more than that)
5) There is no directory that I know of, as most of time my business associate bring me there.
6) yes, they do take credit card.
Contrary to the hype by the popular media. Hsi men (west gate) does not have young uni girl, however there is a lot of mainland chinese girl working there, most of them are at 20-30.
If you want high quality University girl you have to go through agency or Gclub.
The price quoted is for 4 customers with 4 PR.
In taiwan G club, the system is different. They will rotate the girl between all the ktv room. So every 15 mins or so you will get a new girl to talk to you. When you find the girl you like, then you can get her to stay with you all night by paying her barfine. (usually 8-12000 NT dollar)
In uniform club, S is part of their service. However in casual dress club S is not as sure, the girl will have chance to decide whether she want to go with you or not. Again, I think they do not see foreigner too often, therefore you might be very popular among the girls.
Personnally, I think be a foreigner is actually an advantage in taipei. Many of the uni girl in taipei acutally like to go out with foreigner because it is different. I would try some of the bigger pub or disco., like Lux. As there are thousand of taiwan girl who love to be friend with foreinger. But I do agree, the language is a big barrier.
In taiwan, G-club is part of the business culture. Pretty much every single business dinner I went to is follow by a visit to the G-club. So depend on your line of business, I would be discreet but I would not be surprise if some of your friend know or visted these club.
If we are in taipei at same time, I will take you around to show you different option this beautiful city have.

I have been to Taipei and a southern city for business 2 times, and the company boss there took me around a few hostess bars, but in general I don't think Taiwan girls are pretty at all. If compared to their other neighbours like Japan, China, Thailand, Korea, Myanmar, ect ect, in my opinion, Taiwanese cost/quality performance of the pay scene is really bad compared to all their neighbour countries.

I haven't had any experience on the overall quality of Taiwanese girls when it comes to p4p, although I have heard from elsewhere that what you say, hankamazon, is true, especially when compared to performance, overall warmth etc. Nevertheless, when it comes to looks, I have found that there is a high percentage among the female population which is absolutely gorgeous because it has that distinct chinese look.
Sorry, I am not sure how to be more specific about this. It might be the height and long silky straight hair, or maybe the eyes (quite different from the typical japanese look). I am probably not making it clearer now.
Also, I have only been to Hong Kong, the Philippines and Thailand in this region of South East Asia, but I have heard from friends that Taiwanese girls (the general public) tend to be more revealing in their clothing, especially during the summer, than elsewhere.

IMHO, I think taiwan have some of the most beautiful girl in the world. Some of my most beautiful gf/gik live in taiwan. Whenever I go to business party or function, I always able to find quite a few stunner that are suitable to became my next target. Again the beauty is in the eye of beholder.
