Also when you are there take a look at the local newspaper for masajes, there were plenty of ads.
I was there for a short time during winter. As we were looking around Santiago I thought it would be a good idea to have a coffee and sit down for a while. We spotted a coffee shop, and went inside. All the women were wearing underwear!, and underwear only! We drank our coffee, looked and left.
Santiago seemed sort of white. I've also been to Lima Peru, and there the women have an exotic look to them, but Santiago looked like northern Europe to me.

That coffee shop was in the downtown area, exactly where, I don't remember. But these coffee shops are all over the place, just walk around and look for the shops that have the front window completely covered up, so you can't see in. This particular shop had the different coffees listed on the window also.
