I m just back from a week in Budapest and thought some of you might like a few infos...
There are clubs a bit everywhere on this city, some are safe, some are NOT safe (one to avoid at all cost is named "diamond club", I heard horror stories about it)
Plenty of stunning girls around in the city, many freelancers around the big hotels and in the discotheques (i spotted several on the "Banhoff" disco and also some in "The Bank" disco, speaking to a local guy he told me prices were about 100/150 € for 1 hour)
I was with my GF so I did not try or spoke to any of those girls, but we did try a swinger club named "Dreamland". This place is located south of Budapest (in the XXI), its a 3000 Forint ride in taxi, the club is located inside a large private house, impossible to spot from the outside if you dont know where you go.
Open on friday and saturday only, saturday is open ONLY FOR COUPLES.
Entrance fee is 2000 forint for a lone girl, 15000 for a lone man, and 10 000 for a couple. This include as much food and drinks as you want (and no, its not only coke and carrot salad, real nice buffet and champagne too!). Opening time is 9PM to 5 AM, go EARLY to have time to socialise with the other customers while eating.
The whole place is friendly, relaxed and clean, the lady in charge of the place speak good english and is willing to help. The public is really nice, average age being under 40 yo (some older couples, but lots of young couples too!).
We had a real good time with 2 other couples, one of the girls being 19 years old only and wiling to try the "love swing" with me 
Last thing : It can help if you speak some german (or Hungarian of course!), most customers dont speak much english...

great 'alternative' monger info this is also the city home to the peep shops mostly on the middle ring rd near the river pay a few coins & get to see a strip show thru a peephole 
for a bit more a more mutual session is possible, but dont expect too much nice to try though...

I was here in November, 2005. I know it was a while ago, snowing a little, and I saw 4 freelancers near the river outside the pricy hotels. They weren't anything special and were charging a high price. They had some strip clubs on a small street near the river and most seemed like scams. A pretty girl tried to get you in, but the guys who worked there concerned me. I didn't go into any places. Not a good p4p.

I forgot to mention, some people told me they charge you for things you don't want once you get inside. Most included a general admission fee and drink. Not sure about the quality of the girls inside, but I presume most are from Russia/Eastern Europe. For p4p, its cheaper in Madrid, Spain for girls at 30 Euro for st.

There are female freelancers on a main street in the center of madrid near the main old historical square with surrounding old buildings. Its not like amsterdam where they are in windows, but the 30 euro is paid to someone when you enter a cheap looking building nearby and a small room. You get 15 minutes tops and the girls seem to want to rush it. I will look into the exact street. They had one or two brothels nearby, but I didn't go inside and the selection was limited outside.

Based on last time I was there, its on C. Montera between Puerto del Sol (Mayor Calle) and Gran Via. This is where the freelancers are at night. Walk just nw of there on some small blocks and you should see some brothels. Its around barco street just north of Via Gran. My experience with the freelancers wasn't that great, being one wouldn't take her top off and its just straight sex. Amsterdam is better.
