I'd say Pattaya and PI as a whole in my experience.

Four of the last five WG´s I have met up with in Dubai have offered BB. Three PRC and two CIS.
I will not flame you, but I was shocked at the offers. Not prudent imho.

I would say PI, for reasons that I don't quite understand. Maybe because Catholics discourage any kind of birth control, but not sure. But the problem is that abortion is considered a sin in Catholicism, whereas it is not as big of a deal in Buddhist cultures.

I'd have to agree that in Manila the girls seems to think less of their own safety than other places. BKK is still easy too & Indonesia is another relaxed BB spot overall.
China seems to be on the ignorant side also, so as mentioned where is it really difficult in SEA to go BB (with a ho') ?
Cambodia have perhaps wisened up a bit or are the tiny poor quality 'number 1's still out of favor???
