Hi guys !!
I have just came from bangkok and spend a good time but I saw a beatiful girl working as barman in a luxury hotel who like me a lot. I was working and have not so much free time, but I'm wondering how easy could be to flirt or go well together with her or with any other thai decent girl. I mean, is isier than in other countries ? Maybe is an stupid question and I do not want to offend anybody. I get good feeling but I did not try as I was a client and perhaps because of that se was so sweet and kind.....

Anyway, you said that she liked you a lot, but you were unsure as to whether that was because she was just being polite to you as a customer. So why ask us? Ask her. And why be afraid to ask her because you were a client? All you needed to do was make a judgement call on whether you believed she really liked you.
See number 1) above. So what's the worst case scenario? She says no, but so what? Ask the next pretty drinks server....or cashier at the bank...or clerk at the travel agency....

Hugh Jardon, I didn't ask her because as I said I did not have much time and prefer just talk a little with her, be polait and kind,etc and next time that I hope will be soon and have more free time............attack !! but I asked you just to know if in LOS is easier than in other countries as you can see I'm a newbie and in my country ( Spain), I know when a girl is receptive or not but not there as culture and circ***ances are different, but agree with you...Who dares, wins.

She might be receptive to going out with you, but HJ is right, you have to ask.
She might be a "good TG", in which case she will not sleep with you quickly. You will have a dating ritual before that happens. Then again, that means you don't have to pay her. 
I have a lot of respect for girls like this, who resist the overwhelming temptation in Thailand to make money selling their body by being active in p4p or accepting money from their "boyfriend" (passive in p4p).

Local Y seems to go to the right places and looks good!
Gotta remember that if you want to hump the girl in the next 45min, then she tends to be a BG. If you meet a girl working in the burbs or further out, you may have to wait a little longer.
The longer the wait, the better the girl.
Same goes for most countries in SEA.
However, barstaff in, say, Sukhumvit, will probably know what you came to BKK for.....

Ok BL and Noknoi, sorry for my english  I wanted to say barmaid.  ( now I understand why he was jocking )
I travel a lot to different countries and cultures and I noticed that, of course how easy girls are does not depend on their nationality, it is true that there are countries that for many reasons is easier,but anyway I'm sure she is a ''good TG'' as CG said and that's why I prefer not going quickly.
P.S.: I use to wear necktie also as I was on business travel LocalYokul.
