Damn if I know, but I have heard that the surgery has gotten so very good that it is hard to tell anymore.
I am a little worried. Sex reassignment surgeons are shaving adam's apples, plumping up bolted-on breasts, sculpting fat so that they have hellaciously curvy waists and hips, and pumping them so full of hormones that they damn near lactate and have friggin' periods!
Has anyone experience recognizing signs of a synthesized pussy? Maybe some of the more adventuresome members who are into this sort of thing?
The reason is, I am being tempted to go against my instincts on a chick that somehow just seems... well... something just seems not right... maybe the jaw bone structure seems just a bit too heavy... I dunno.

Ring and index finger are almost the same in length and depending of the position of someones hand you can't really tell...
