Seriously now, I've exchanged a few e-mails with Dave from http://sexwork.com/ and he's a super good chap.

1. You can have an oral with a condom. It is not the same as a BBBJ but its safer.
2. You can surely have a hand job or sex with a condom. Some girls may not like being titty f_cked but then some will let you do it.
3.There is absolutely no problem telling a girl you do not want a BBBJ. I have been told by more than one girl at Darling that she does not give a BBBJ and she slipped a condom on before giving me a BJ.

You seem a sensitive guy so follow your instincts. Treat the girls well and use a little tact when discussing your needs. As we have said before, they are prostitutes but often quite nieve, in many ways. Don't just treat it like a selection from a menu. Sure you need to clarify the total transaction including price and time etc. but over a chat and drink.
