I can pretty well guarantee that this will be just another excuse to screen plenty of salacious footage of the Patpong go-go bars, feebly disguised as social concern about something or other.
British TV's coverage of LOS has always been hypocritical beyond belief. But here's hoping...

dare i ask who you will be cheering for?.
i will be in the pub watching the game.
but i will tape the show.
have seen a couple of other programmes the past couple of years.
1 was about a fella in his 50's who travelled to BKK looking for a wife.
tried one of the agencies which specialise in this sort of thing and had a few dates,but i think in the end he was unsuccessful in his aim.
the other told 3 stories.
1 about a fella who met a girl in Pattaya,fell in love,sold his business,married her and opened a bar in Pattaya.
after a few months of marriage,she told him she had been born a man and had the operation.
he was shocked and after a lot of soul searching he decided to stay with her,he was in love.
very attractive girl,but i guessed straightawy the ending,the voice was a dead giveaway.
another was a story of a professional photographer who took photos for porn mags.
he travelled to Pattaya and searched the bars for girls willing to be photographed.
a bit of film of naked BG's posing for him and even a couple of girls together.
the last one was about a fella who had an elderly and infirm mother and went to Pattaya looking for a girl who he could take home to look after his mother,no romance intended.
he thought he found a girl who was suitable and willing,but it fell through.
found another one,returned home and made all the arrangements,but again it fell through at the last minute.
interesting stories.

And ALL of the "informative programmes" I have seen had been outrageous SHIT made to give LOS a black eye.
Following was 3-part series which was showed in here around -95.
1) Guy married a thaigirl ,paid for family and took the girl back to XXXX. Girl skinned guy , run back to LOs and divorced.
(Her story was missing).
2) Filmed in Pattaya. Half naked drunken farangs sitting in bars with girls groping them and telling "how they love us and how they would starve to death , if we do not visit here".
Girls with incredible fat men.
Young girls with pension aged men.
3) Showing LB's in LOS.
Showing them working in bars with TG's and narrator telling everybody "how extreme difficult is to make difference , if it is LB or TG."
Guess , did I get a shit for those and had a LOT of work to straighten the mess the shows made to me.

If your team runs into a back four that can actually
defend with an elastic goalie behind them it might cheer you up.
Hastily returning to the subject matter, my quess is that at some stage the programme will focus on those individuals who were foolish enough to commit a serious breach of the law.
