2) They started it , driver overreacted.
3) Defending Yourself against knifeattack is something NOT to try if You are not trained , as said.

Frickin drinkin and drivin too many drunks around looking for MP's. Taxi man was stressin cause of too too much work livin in the cab. The dudes were probably bein party toursit like all of us get; hard up and dizzy from partyin. Taximan shoulda got his best fare and sped off; drop em out if they givin ya a bad time. The knife slashin gonna get him fined for sure. Attempted murder; mann I thought my work sucked but no way would I wanna be put away for that long.

"Overreacted" meant simply that the acts of those farangs did not qualify the drivers actions.
If they had tried to rob / kill / beat him in hospital , it would have been OK in my books.

JR i agree totally with what you say. Most of these drivers carry weapons in the cab with them,that in its self is intent to use them. Whats wrong with the old fasioned fisticufs ,but you need balls for that and they do not have any.
