But I still don't understand the logic (silly me).
Keoron is coming to Thailand, a land where a million chicks of every strata of society are ga ga over white skin. But he wants a tan. I assume therefore it is for the chicks in his own country who like tan, as Western countries often do. So he is coming here to prepare for them???? A sex maniac? Perhaps.

The guy asked a simple question and all he gets is why he shouldnt ask the question. The vets on the board waste their own time and his. The answer is...........nobody knows where you can find a tanning salon. But many have a response that you have asked a stupid question..................according to themselves.
Just an observation that many wait to pounce on anybody that asks something they dont know about or dont care about.
Actually, my former wife from the west always used a tanning bed because she was lazy and didnt want the hot sun. Mai pen rai.

You can find tanning beds at a few hotels. There is a hotel called Prince Palace near the United Nations that has two tanning beds. Additionally, if you stay at someplace like the american based hotel chain Marriot, the concierge should be able to locate a dayspa that has tanning beds.
You probaly should have asked if anyone knew of the location of any tanning beds, as opposed to salons because Thai's are already dark (if you havnt noticed).

seem to of opened a debate over what I thought was a straight forward question here.
Every time I get home from thailand after my hols. I always get the same old remarks like "where your tan" etc........had a few days spare in Pataya and now in Bangkok, so thought I would get an "easy tan" for when I get home. No big deal or special reason.
