Uhm, sorry to disagree -- he's a neurotically dangerous (to himself) idiot that certainly received no sympathy from me - albeit however amusing and entertaining he may be. Blaming the girl for not responding properly to his psychotic attention is only typical for that kind of personality.
Interesting to read the other story as well, as it appears that these kind of scams invariably include emotionally insecure and immature farang living in a rose-tinted world.
I do pause to wonder, though, if it is a style of Sunday Mail writers to compose their articles in reverse, as it certainly read that way. Bad schooling, I guess, must have taken hold in England as well.
