I find that place expensive for rent (in US$ which is basically the market they are after in that zone). 80m2 for 55,000 baht? That is about US$ 1,700. In 2001-2003 I rented at Le Raffine, soi 24, a 2 floor apartment of aprox. 400m2 with own pool in the terrace (all apartments have their own), in soi 24 for 90,000; this being just over US$ 2,100 at the time. And they say the market is down? From where?

i hardly failed sales 101, im not that desperate to sell it that im forced to advertise it everywhere
i just thought that I would put it on here because some of you guys are always looking for nice places to rent or buy from an expat
didnt know all the haters were going to be out in force
i say 16th I think because originally I booked on the 13th floor, then that became 14th but later they started the numbers in a funny order but I just checked and they are both on 16th
i went there when it was being built, and afterwards when I furnished it
im in bangkok every 6 weeks or so but I very very rarely go, I dont need to, theres a management agent there and a friend looks after them for me anyway
one of them is gone now anyway
and as for sales 101 this wasnt a hardcore full on advertising blitz, so keep you hair on
since when have I upset you lot to attract all this bitterness and hostility and sarcasm? its indicative of this forum
its a post about an apartment, if youre interested then fine pm me or whatever, if not then dont waste time with your "funny" comments
i dont see why you would think thats aggressive? ive told u all I have an apartment for sale and where it is, if you are interested then contact me
on the contrary that seems a far easier way of advertising, much more respectful
i dont need to start telling u what I want for it on here, or the apartment number, or who I am
i have property all round the world, I never had any trouble "selling" anything and im not a salesman
im very very comfortable in life thanks, still young and travel the world and have assets all over, this was an investment purchase several years ago (4 I think) that I thought maybe I will turn it over now, but no big deal I will keep it a bit longer, its not like I need the money, if I sell it I will buy something else, philippines is good for commercial property, or my tour company in l.a or my club in london can always be expanded
