Pattaya has always had a lot of dogs but with the amount of women there you can always find a few decent lookers.
Of course in the last 7 or 8 years many guys are taking the better looking girls out of the bar to marry or take as long time girlfriends so the quality disappears pretty quickly.
Mate just came back from Jakarta and had plenty of good things to say about the scene there....think I will take a side trip there in Feb.

I don't think girls are being born uglier, perhaps less get through to the P4P scene with other opportunities being open to them ? But with the world economy going arse over tit, I think more girls will be available over the next few years, either through loosing their jobs or through their sponsors loosing their jobs.
If Hank from GM looses his job, which is more than likely (sorry Hank), and he sponsors Khun Fhuk from Udon, resulting in Khun Fhuk going back to Pussy Bar, and then romeland gets Khun Fhuk to f*** in the bum, then I will be happy. So fear not, the credit crunch does have plus sides and the girls will get better.

On a serious note, the more you engage, the higher your standards get as new ones are always judged on an ever increaseing list of old ones. It stands to reason that as the years go on, it gets more difficult to find the perfect 10 every time.

well, I married a Thai girl..... but I will give you my opinion... you can have a very good time in the U.S...... you just can't take the sex, price and compare it....
add in airfare, time away from work, jet lag, bullshit factors, etc.... so if you don't have the time, but have th emoney, f***ing in the u.s. is fine
but if you have the time and the money to go to los for a vacation, for gods sake go!
it is not a comparison, it is simply a choice based on other issues, time, time frame, and money..... and if the type of girl you like.......
and one other factor...I find myself in a "weak" state of mind in thailand... by that I mean, I drink too much and party way too much... in the U.S. I don't act that way, so Thailand brings out parts of me that I sometimes prefer would not come out......

I don't think that Bangkok is very cheap anymore and a lot of the girls aren't as good fun as they used to be.
Maybe this will change in the future with the economic downturn and Thailand trourist numbers dropping.
