MF, what the hell are you wearing that you get all these inconveniences all the time?
Everytime I go to the MRT, I barely open my bag and the guys don't even look.
ok, I am in a suit and I smile, most people, even police let me go and never have I been searched.
I am with KoolBreez on that one, as a Foreigner, I am treated better than the locals, and in some situations it could be a bit annoying.

NF : my experience with the MRT security is the same as yours most of the time, only this one time I got major hassle from two security guy (making themself feel good to make problem for a farang out of nothing)
About police...well I get the same treatment back home in Europe so I guess they use a picture of me when they teach police how to profile a drug dealer? LOL
Their lesson on how to spot a drug dealer/user must be something like
long hairs+ earing = BINGO HERE IS ONE!!!!!

The best way to deal with these assholes is to look at their uniform and ask for their name, or company name, or take a picture. they will freak out and send you on your way pretty quick

I would say you are quite aways removed from looking like a "Hell's Angel"....lololol.
I think it is more a case of their daughter's wanting you if they met you that the cops are worried about. That's what my girlfriend thinks.
