FYI,
the reference to Inner Space" was to accomodate those who think it is Ýpurely a psychological phenomena, a Ýnumber of scientists do think that. Ý
I personally always felt that some TG's really are spellbindingly "weird", 4ft 8, dark, almond shaped eyes, inexplicable ability to pre-emt my needs as if telepathy etc, etc. almost as if aliens
On a serious note, the sightings in 1991 over Belgium seen by thousands of people over a period of a month and confirmed inexplicable on live television by the belgian Air Force General is one to think about. It is also official that one of the UFO organisations in US brief every incomming Director of CIA on the matter. The concensus view is that Ý"They" control Zero Point energy and are able to move betwen dimensions.
Readings of the skills by Taoist Martial artists in the Shaolin school of practice and what these are able to accomplish leaves a hunch that the western world view and perception of reality in the tradition of Newton is still incomplete. The uncertainty principle by Heisenberg leaves room for alternate realities. Or as Ýthe plaque Ýsays on the entrance to his house:

On a Serious Note II: To understand TG's and asian culture it is helpfull to understand (an impossiblity for a westerner?) their sense of the unified reality and the otherwordly. Taoism gives me a sense that something is lacking on our perception of reality.
This post seem to grow on me, I have now said more than in the last 10 months!

I was on duty during a particular(Belgium) night. The number of pilots on the R/T saying 'wow what was that?' was non-stop.
Another night a friend in the military got called over to take-over writing down the 'UFO' reports from his supervisor. It was in March 1988 I think but not sure. He wanted to go on a tea break after report number 154 !
Just been chatting to some of the software engineers here who have seen some weird things. Both reported late at night in areas in countryside where there is no background lighting the stars were blacked out by a large diamond shape(Oxford) The other similar massive object was in the Manchester area - again blocking out the stars.
I great sceptic here at work-saw(again Oxford area)something very strange late one night but would not initially say anything because of possible ridicule. He is now a UFO fanatic.
Extraterrestial -Interdimensional- Inner earth(The Argentines have just monitored the sound of machinery deep in the earth) are all possible and not exclusive. Many are convinced about deep undersea bases(Timothy Good).
I was once working with a lady controller(F.I.R uncontrolled and infomation airspace) when a famous racing car driver came on the frequency flying his helicopter. He had just been buzzed by a UFO and described it in great detail- he sounded a bit scared to say the least)
Timothy Good wrote about it in his book 'Above Top Secret' (page 4) and was pleased when I confirmed the story.
Serious stuff despite the many doubters on this forum.

I went through the exercise in the 1990'ies of approaching this from a scientific viewpoint. Conclusion:
1) When analysing chemical ingredients required to create life
2)When analysing the planetary properties to create life
3) when analysing the parameters of time and space,
then:
1) If life exists elsewhere it will look like anything else than green or grey little men. In al likelihood this image is a result of our own limited imagination
2) Time and space would make it unlikely for anyone to Ýever meet.
Case Closed.
However,
How does the US government explain the UFO phenomenon over Washington DC in 1952, which carried on for 3 days and evaded all aircraft interception, knocked out all lighting and electricity.
Explanation: sunsrays reflected off flying Ýducks.
Yeah, right.
Science makes me a natural sceptic, dum explanations of the unexplained leaves the cases open.

The same elements are replicated throughout the universe. We know some of this from the composition of meteorites etc.
The dinosaurs died out 65 million years ago.
What if there was a planet(possibly pleiades system) were our friends the Velociraptors did not die out but evolved rather like the monkeys as claimed by Darwin.
Not the sort of thing one would want to meet on a dark night ?
And the ultimate name drop(I'm famous for it!) I once met and had an interesting conversation with J.Allen Hynek.
I went to a lecture some years back by the STS-2 Shuttle astronaut Joe Engel. I asked him to sign my copy of Space Gravity and the UFO. He obliged with "Oh my gahd ..this is amazing I have to write something in this!"
He wrote..... Ý 'It works!'
That accompanied another signature in the same book.

The Timothy Good story about the racing driver in the helicopter is true.
I think chupacabras were in Puerto Rico and Mexico etc.
The Brazilian case in Varginhas is especially interesting. Nothing like a chupacubra(goat-sucker in Spanish) but more like the Italian case but with horny nodules on the head. A red/ochre coloured body. What I find interesting is when the Brazilian police caught(with a net) and boxed the being up the US Airforce arrived PDQ in a C-141 Starlifter to the nearest airport and whisked it back to the States. All witnesses that were nurses/police etc were sworn to silence. Some locals who saw the creature let the story out.

you are right, the chupacabras are in Puerto Rico.
I just did not recall what the creature captured in Varginas was reffered to, but the silencing of witnesses and the shipping of the US seem real. I get these stories off Discovery channel also, not only T.Good. ( By the way, TG = Thai Girl bit also Timothy Good, as a reputed researched maby he can take on the job of verifying the alienness of the Girls

Together with his men he witnessed the unidentifiable oblect on the ground. One of his men touched the thing. Margareth Tacher's personal comment to the event is classic: You've got to get your facts right and you can't tell the people.

'Rendelsham Forest - UK in 1983 ' I thought that was 1980 but I could be wrong. Some have said it was a cover story for something nuclear(been done before) but I don't think so. Some call it the UK Roswell?
I am convinced something very odd went on there.
