I do own a business here, I have for a few years, you never now what is around the corner, a food stall is a cheap no overhead deal you can try it,but make sure your tgf doesnt tell anyone YOU are the owner, you will loose it...
if you trust her then go for it, if you have doubts then go for a business you can own ( if your american) then you can control the company up to 99.9%..
if not 49% and the risks are a little high.
