I too am at a loss when I have to revert back to sad TP, so I always travel with wet wipes, not as good as the rectal washer, but still better than TP (for my bungholio)
Infact I was just down to KL and the hotel I stayed in didn't have the hose, but it did have a spout in the pan, bit like the one in the picture, must have taken months to get the position right as it was right in my mud eye when I turned it on, Brill!
