Please don't misunderstand me. I am not suggesting that attractive asian women are less attractive than there western counterparts or that some men don't have a preference for the asian look.
I am just saying that when you travel to Thailand you are always surrounded by the most attractive girls Thailand has to offer because you hang out in the places where they hang out. I am asuming you don't find ugly thai women attractive and if you were to spend a lot of time in a place where you get a true cross section of thai women you would see a hell of a lot of ugly ones.

when I was first talking to an attonrey about a fiance visa a while ago he said a lot of times after the girls are here a while the guys basically treat them like slaves. my answer to that was 'why wait till you get 'em here'?

The idea that there are just as many cute button noses among farang women as there are here in Thailand is a little hard to swallow.
I have observed that women with long silky black hair are easier to find in Thailand (wherever you go) than it is in Australia (where I come from). Ugly blond yig hair is much more common there.
If you are trying to argue that there are as many young fatties here as in Oz, then you are wearing different glasses to me.
I would have to agree with the percentages given above. If anything, they should be even more slanted in favor of asians.
Of course, while my comments about hair, body size are IMHO empirical truths, I can understand if you disagree with the percentages. Maybe you dont appreciate what I do. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you like big tits and sumo-figures, you can sure find plenty of them at any Australia Uni (and from what I hear USA has an even higher level of obesity). As for me, I work at a modelling agency...I mean University. The only requirement of entry to which is how rich their parents are....I mean academic achievement  So it seems a pretty representative sample of the age group. If anything they are hotter outside Uni. Richer Thai chicks tend to have less of a tan advantage over caucasian women that their poorer non-Uni sisters.
Talking to other asianosexuals (most western men in Thailand/asia), they would more or less agree with the percentages.

Tall blonds always did it for me but since living in Dubai, to my surprise my tastes have changed dramatically.
There are no Thai girls here unfortunately (or at least very few, apparently there are a couple of MP's) but a lot of Chinese. Of P4P girls I find at way over half of the Chinese "do-able" and there are some real stunners (last night pull amongst them). Even the little buck teeth girls have their charm and there are few real dogs. Exception always prove the rule but a poor session is rare.
The best oriental Khazakhs and Kyrgis probably have the looks that I like best, They are less predictable than the Chinese and liable to go off on one occasionally but can be superb.
There are a lot of Filipinas about but most are not in P4P, the singer in my "local" non P4P pub has me dribbling uncontrollably.
Rarely do I see a Russian, or what my Kyrgis friend calls a "white Russian" who appeals may be 5% at most fall into the do-able category.
Yes - I am a convert to Asian looks and attitudes.

I never really had a big thing for Asian ladies until I arrived in the LOS. Now I've got the Jasmine fever so bad that non-asian porn doesn't even interest me anymore. And me likes da porn!
I gotta disagree with Thailife about Thai ladies being past their sell-by date when they hit 30. I'm of a mind thata good majority of Asian women grow old gracefully and are still sexy as all get out well into their 50's. This of course has to do with their lifestyle. If you are bent over in a rice field eveyday for 20 years you are not gonna be a beauty queen.

As one dude said, they have small (i reckon half inch) pussies & assholes that look like they have shiited out of. I'm from Oz, and let me tell you, my perspective on women has changed alot after my 1st visit to LOS. Actually even before going to LOS, for the past couple of years, I became attracted to Asian girls more and more, and now I'm hooked.
After returning to Oz, from a 3 week stint in LOS, the women back home all of a sudden looked as though they had pile on an extra 30 pounds since my absence.
For me, its definitely, the tiny size 6 - 8 bodies, flat tummies, most Asian have.
Did I mention there half inch pussies... oh jesus... 138 days to go...

Hi Guys,
I think the attractiveness of Thai ladies is far more than their generally exquisite figures and beautiful smiles. They tend to have a great attitude about life and are very feminine. I am no fool to believe in the docile Asian wife stereotype. My Thai wife certainly doesn't fit that model. She is however hard working and devoted, and so am I. Both of us are naturally committed to the well being of each other. I think that is a big part of a healthy marriage and relationship.
To me it seems like many farang women have forgotten what life is all about and their role in a good relationship. I am divorced from a cruel farang biotchh and I have traveled far and wide before and since. I have absolutely no trouble getting laid for the most part (unless I'm too tired to bother some days...). The stereotype of the hard up fat bald farang man trolling for a grudging P4P mercy f*** isn’t always true. And there isn’t a thing wrong with P4P. I have a lot of warm feelings and respect for many a BG. Western women however rant and rave about the horror of P4P. Of course they just hate seeing better quality merchandise going for less across the street from their grungy ramshackle store fronts. Sometimes we farang males are just sick of all the self centered whining emanating from western women’s pie holes.
American women in general are clueless about what is a healthy relationship between men and women. Many but not all have internalized a weird psycho femi-nazi bitch creed that I am sure my fellow Americans and many others are all too familiar with; "Come here, go away. Worship me, feel sorry for me, f*** me, how dare you talk to me like that, blah blah blah..." They have come to think that men have to worship their fat asses. What they fail to see is that they and their unfortunate mates can never be happy living with that level of neurosis. I mean I got to where I just couldn't take it.  What these skanks have failed to realize (much like the domestic US garment industry in the 1970's) is that their "services" can be off-shored for lower cost AND higher quality. Now what kind of business man would I be to turn that kind of a good deal down... 
After my first trip to LOS I thought, "This is much closer to a real life than what I have been used to." I have never looked back.
I won’t be surprised if some farang slag confronts me (between mouthfuls of Haagen-Dazs of course) about my choice of women. Don't get me wrong I don't hate western women I just think they're confused and it is hurting them. Look I think beauty is more than just physical beauty but some farang women have made themselves ugly to the bone primarily due to their bad attitudes. Of course they could do with losing a few pounds too…
Many western women have a thought process that is plain odd. For example I know that if I don’t keep myself in reasonable shape that it won’t please my wife. I don’t have to be a body builder just keep in shape. Avoiding cheese burgers and pork rinds really isn’t that difficult…What is so earth shattering about that statement, it is just true. The same is true about my expectations for my wife, this is just natural. American women and farang females in general go into attack mode if you are honest in telling them that they shouldn’t let themselves go until they look like Homer Simpson’s fat older brother or worse yet his two fire-plug shaped bull-dike bitch sisters-in-law.
I have spent enough time in the "real" Thailand to see Thais in their natural habitats and sure there are some rice farmers that are in pretty sad shape but they are still as a rule slimmer and easier to get along with than the average American woman at all ages...
I am sitting in a corporate cafeteria in Northern California right now and it looks like a convention of female Sumo wrestlers clearing out a hog trough...How can these women just not get it…
The other thing we have to confront in the US that I don’t think is happening in the UK is all the sexual harassment crap. For example there is a woman here that has a face that could stop a clock and a bad attitude to match that is always making claims that men are ogling her. She works in human resources and even they think she’s nuts. However she has caused grief for staff and management for years with her baseless allegations. Why anyone would give that minger a second look is beyond me, by the way, she’s an American born Asian. Her ugliness however is all her own. I think most men could look past her sour face if her heart weren’t so black and unhappy. Last year I had a staff member that made allegations against another staff member. The accuser was a lazy fat and unattractive woman. The accused was oblivious to the whole deal until we had to confront the poor bastard. Eventually he was cleared and we fired the ignorant bitch for gross incompetence.
This type of behavior on the part of western women seems to be on the increase. I am glad to have removed myself from their strange little worlds. While on my last trip in the LOS I traveled with my wife and saw many a farang women’s bad behavior to Thais and their fellows a plenty. Their mistreatment of Thais and other westerners is thrown into sharp relief in Thailand. Thais in general tend to go silent and/or recoil at the brutish behavior of many western women in LOS. I wonder if any of these women realize how unattractive they are when they behave in this way. At home they just blend in with the rest of the herd I guess.
My wife likes to stay on Khaosan Road in Bangkok as opposed to Sukhumvit because she doesn’t like to walk too far to get her fish with chili. In any case this last time it was pretty hard to be there (I don’t like Khaosan due to all the aggressive backpackers). The female backpackers pushed and shoved and treated everyone like crap especially the Thais. We stayed at the D&D Inn (allegedly the best on Khaosan and it has a good little restaurant and pub but the rooms are kind of bleak) and the front desk was pandemonium. The poor Thais working there looked overwhelmed and were not surprisingly pretty annoyed with farangs on the whole.
At the end of the day I will always pick the Asians. Like a lot of things in life it is an acquired taste for many of us but one I am very happy to have made. I have found Asian women and Thai women in particular understand that a healthy relationship requires that both partners be devoted and supportive of one another. In my wife's family her parents have an egalitarian relationship and my wife expects us to be equal in our marriage as do I. We each try to play to our strengths I am accepted as an actual male (my masculinity is enjoyed an appreciated) and I enjoy her being a woman and being feminine.
I also believe western women have developed some sense that they should emasculate a man to feel truely happy, and that is what I find least atttractive about farang women.
Wow this was quite a rant on my part…hmmm….didn’t mean for it to go this long. My point (if there is one) in this ramble I guess is that for whatever reason it seems that a good many of us on this forum may have initially found our way to Asia and LOS in particular in search of something more in life than what we were experiencing back in farangland. Anyway hope it gives someone a laugh.
