Pretty obvious to me.
Posting photos of the colleagues Stickman had been (supposedly anonymously) bitching about was probably the final straw.
Wonder what Galt's going to do for material now...
Update: Stick has edited his front page, it now reads 'The Stickman site is down and offline for a short period. It will return soon'.

Whew ! Cheers ! so have I dropped the Naughty NiteLife readings of the Stick !....they are now from many ghost writters in Bangkok, Pattaya etc.... but usually have the same generalisations, blah! blah !
Sheer Naughty Day/NiteLife updates ! gets to the central core of why we bro's love the Thailand girls. Many places to troll around too, but not enough time and baht, unless we duplicate/clone oneself.
Even BKK tonight forum has so many broad to detailed topics; except for good ol' Field Reports, that one relies on when travelin over.
Hopefully the Not ! will keep P4P a central issue and only issue ! without letting one club/place dominating a thread report. Field Report central with best of lays! and under 4 paragraphs without a whimper !.... keeping the trashers out.
Cheers ! It will work with much editing ! and contributions. Big Mango's threads arent bad but only a parterships opinions though. KISS and P4P ! write on !

wow, stick is off line, even though galt was relentless in his pounding of stick I don't think his intention was have him fold his tent, I enjoy reading both sites, I think the final staw was galt threating to post sticks picture, then some bg's would know who ruined their sponsorship

Youve got to understand the mentality of sticks main job
which is a teacher teachers in thailand are always right even if there wrong there right
hes probably soaked up "i cant be wrong" over the years and never had a serious incident when somone says "thats bullshit and heres the facts"
and actually having someone shot holes in his articles and question his abilities is not good for the ego
it looks like hes running scared now taking down his site
now its cat and mouse game with stick either got to come up with a plan to keep his credability and site going
or call it a day
either way now stick has someone on his tail who will rip him to shreds when he puts a foot wrong
me personally I love a good fight and ill cheer from the sides
my point of view stick started his website with a direct rip off trinks night owl
so he wasnt very original from the start

I have written that I find Stick a little too frequent with the broad brush and his seeming "agenda". At first, he was interesting and original but not so much anymore.
That said, Galt's initial pages were poking good fun at the old Stick and Stick himself probably got a laugh. But when it transitions to Galt posting pictures of people Stick works with, coming down hard on Stick's wife, then finally saying he was going to post Stick's picture (veiled as a reader poll) probably made Stick say it wasn't worth it.
Galt probably didn't set out at first to create a site to ruin Stickman's private life (he said the purpose was to provide a balance to Stickman's views). At first the site was amusing, then it got nasty and personal and ugly. Too bad, Galt's writings are entertaining and provided a nice counterpoint.
