Snpark, I dont know if you failed or not sales 101.
But what you certainly seem to have failed is forum 101.
There is no need to explain yourself with such a long and detailed post about why you think it is in the 16th floor instead of the 14th; when you furnished the apartment; how often you are in bangkok; how you have properties and assets all over the world (including clubs in major capitals) ; how you are very comfortable in life; how young you are, and travelling all over the world, enjoying life to the fullest and giving women all over the world the pleasure of your company -oops sorry, you actually didnt say that last thing... probably you just forgot.
See, there is really no need for anyone half smart to look for validation in a forum like this -or any forum for that matter- by saying to total strangers that know you only from what you write in it, how great you are and what you own. I'm looking for this kind of place around sathorn and my two last offers were declined (150 and 170K a month on a 1 year contract for places smaller than 400sqm2 in rather high profile buildings  )

i wasnt looking for "validation" I was merely defending myself against accusations that im a twat for not being some shit hot salesman
this was a simple post asking if anyone was interested in renting or buying my condo to get in touch with me privately for further info - which I foolishly it seems thought was the correct and polite thing to do
instead its turned into a p2 page so far attack on my "sales101 skills" for not marketing my property the way daffy markets steve jobs ar5e
anyway dont worry, one is sold already so maybe I only failed sales 50.5
