I think he specifically added the qualifier of 'with a city great as BKK' to define that it should be in a city with the caliber of BKK, and that such city should include girls of comparably stated quality and price - not the other way around, as you claim.
I thought he was very clear in what he was saying, and I have no idea how you got what you stated and claim out of it. English not your first language, maybe?

We all have our own ideas of what delights are and perfection should be, if it exists at all.
What I can't understand is why guys waste so much time with what they don't deem to be what should be and remain in those circumstances just for the opportunity to be negative. If you feel that way, do something about it, change your life and situation and move on to 'better' things.
I, for one, attempt to appreciate every day that which I have found here in Thailand in amongst the corruption and the exploitation, poverty and degradation, that I have failed to find elsewhere in the world. It must exist in many places, if not, in many individuals elsewhere.
If you haven't found it, whether you have spent only a month or many years here, move on and get a better life.
You only have one and the clock is running.....................
