Pats score with less than a minute on the clock. If the Panthers hard run more time off the clock in their scoring drive the gane would have gone into overtime. SEE what happens when you score too fast!

ExPatChuck and Krypto got it absolutely right, winning is ALL that matters. Any QB in the league would happily take a SB Ring (let alone TWO) and be the 32nd ranked QB. The Pats defeated a good Panthers team fair and square, doesn't matter if it was by 1 point or by 100 points (there will be no asterik next to the Patriots victory that says "only won by 3 points to an inferior team" ) Nobody faults the Niners for beating the Bengals by 5 with little time left on "The Drive", all they remember is a Niners Victory or the Giants beating the Bills (wide right) by 2 pts. Of course Brady is young, thats why there is all this talk about Dynasty. A dynasty is not just about winning a SB or two, it is how the team continues to grow its team to win and keep winning. Anyone can go out and (try to) buy a championship, but then the team breaks apart right afterwards (see the 2001 Ravens and the 2003 Raiders) but this Patriots team is still young, got great players that now have stepped it up with winning experience, and most importantly SB winning experience, have all of the coaches back, AND have two 1st round and two 2nd round picks in the upcoming draft. In this era of free agency it is amazing what the Pats continue to do off the field and on to set them selves up for the future. They are the ultimate team because they all check their egos at the door (A.Smith didnt even dress for some games to make room for K.Faulk). And, I am not comparing Brady to Montana in the QB rating and NFL records sense, I am comparing Brady to Montana in the Superbowl victory sense, where he already ranks up there with Montana, Starr and Bradshaw. At the rate he is going, in another 10 yrs, Brady's name will be on the Top of that list! (but let me calm myself down for now). We could debate this to no end, so I will just leave you with one stat. Everyone knows how hard it is for a team to win even One Superbowl, right? In the 3 seasons that Tom Brady has been playing in the NFL, he has 2 Rings!!! - Nuff said! ps - I grew up in New England and love the Pats (even in Hawaii where the games start at 7AM and I have to find a bar to watch). pps - Montana is the greatest of all time, Marino was a fiery competitor but he never got a ring and now he is just a putz.

Well, the season is over. The Pro Bowl is just now over with a great game: NFC - 55 AFC - 52 The Colt kicker missed a 52 yard field goal on the last play of the game but the wild part is the NFC came back from a 38-13 deficit in the 3rd period to win the game. Bulger threw four touchdown passes and was voted the MVP. As the Cowboy fans have grown to say...wait 'till next year!

I am affraid the only bowl game the Raiders will be going to is the "Stewed Prune Bowl." Isn't the average age of the Raiders starting roster like 57 or something? Teams to beat next season: Titans Colts Eagles Patriots

My ranking of top 8 teams to win the superbowl. 1. Patriots (With 2 first round and 2nd round picks in the 2004 draft, as well as having their core team intact, going to be very hard to beat. Not to mention the weather in N.E. All they have to do is lock up Ty Law, but the way Belichick works his magic is seems like anyone on this team is replaceable!! ha ha ha!! ) 2. Chiefs (Cunningham is back, which most likely means and huge improvement on defense. That's the only thing that kep the Chiefs from the Superbowl.) 3. Colts (Manning, James and Harrison and a vastly improved defense) 4. Titans (Must get better run production and with 2nd year C.Brown getting more and more carries, it could just be their year. Not to mention a killer defense, without J.Kearse. Besides the window is closing in on McNair.) 5. Eagles (Only if they land T.O. If not then, they drop out of the top 8 in my rankings. Their wr's aren't strong enough for them to make it to the Superbowl. 1 recption between Thrash and Pinkston in the NFC Championship game is pretty pathetic.) 6. Rams (If Martz can get his head out of his ass and give the darn ball to #28 more then 5 times a game. Got the offensive power to score on any team, but defense is weak against the run.) 7. Bucs (Killer defense and they had an off year last year.) 8. Ravens (The Lewis Duo, defense that can score on anyone, and just need a wr, which could be T.O. If they land T.O, then they could just all the way up to #2 in my rankings.)

You are giving T.O. way too much credit. He is not that good. I'll give him credit, he is in the top half of the WR rankings, but not a team changer. Look at what Keyshawn did for the Bucs.....Nadda! Plus T.O. brings a whole lotta baggage with him. He is not a team player, he is a rule breaker, he is a show boat. None of those things are good for a team. In my honest opinion, the team that gets T.O. should drop out of the top 8 in your rankings. T.O. stands for T....rouble O...n the way. Krypto

IMO: T.O might be a troublemaker, but he's a playmaker when he's on the field and does not have a sharpie in his socks. Looks at Randy Moss. Every knows he takes plays off, but still put up 17 td's last season. I think if T.O goes to Eagles or Ravens, he's a definilte upgrade over their current wr's and they can deal with his attitude. You don't think Ray Lewis is not goin' to be all up his face if he does becomes a distraction?? And T.O is 10 times the receiver Keyshawn thinks he is. Top 6 wr's: ------------- R.Moss M.Harrison T.Holt T.O C.Johnson H.Ward I'm not a 9er fan, but I gotta give T.O props for being a stud player. Shockey - Stud or Dud??

The Pack will be back. Shame on U Krypto, for overlooking them, with the most underrated superstar in the league, 'Husker' Ahman Green. Go Pack.

Ahman can't carry that team all by himself. He needs help. Farve aint getting any younger. He had a better year this year, but they better get a QB ready to step up and replace him. I feel that ol' Brett is going to need to be put out to pasture real soon. The Pack "D" needs to improve if they have any chance of going back to the playoffs. The pack is going the way of the alot of the great NFC teams have went in the last 10 years. From Heroes to zero's. Krypto
