When he first posted it there was no mention of the guy being a sex offender. I sent the link and explanation to him !! After that he changed the column ! He did not even acknowledge my email.

...or just a simple warning that if you are stupid, and emotionally immature, you had best turn around.

Horribly written article by an author who clearly loves to keep repeating the obvious, as many times as he can get away with it.
Seriously, yes, a tragedy that he took his life, and that Pattaya/Thailand claimed yet another Farang victim -- but it's pretty easy to read between the lines here, and I certainly see no need for sympathy in any of this.

If they take due heed, they might be spared much heartbreak and in the worst case scenario, see no other option but suicide. Remember, Thailand is all too often the land of shattered dreams!
