Just a note to say that I recently hired TPE to do a job for me
to check up on my Thai girlfriend. They successfully did the
job and I can recommend them. In my case, I was lucky and
my girlfriend was NOT lying to me, at least for the things
she was under investigation for. It was well worth the money
to have someone check on her. Now I can sleep at night!

Just wanted to give a BIG MAHALO (Hawaiian word for thank you) to TPE (Thai Private Eye) for doing a great job for me. Was looking for a girl that works at NEP but I didn't know her name or which club she worked. Only had her picture. They found her and will meet with her to see if she wants to come to Hawaii for a visit.
I'm so far away from BKK but feel like I have someone I can trust working for me there.

Whats the word in Hawaiian for "not lilely"? Very little chance she can come to Hawaii for a "visit". The U.S. embassy does not like to approve tourist visas. I know several ladies who do not work in clubs at Nana plaza and they have all been told no. One is 40 and has worked at the same hospital for 17 years and the other works the front desk at Majestic Suites. Both had excellent reasons for visiting and met all qualifications and were told NO. Again, gl2u.

Huh? How do all those people from Japan, The Philippines, India and every other place get to Hawaii on holiday? This is a tourist spot and they beg people from all over the world to come here. Why would the U.S. Embassy in BKK turn down a tourist visa? Doesn't make any sense.

My you have a lot to learn. As this is not the appropriate thread for this subject I will not post further on this but I suggest you do a search on Visa's to the U.S. or start a new thread. Many on here can give you first accounts on how difficult it is for Thai Nationals, especially young ladies who work in bars, to visit the U.S.

Because they are paranoid that Thai women will just stay in the US -- apparently, it is easier for Thai men to get visas.
On the other hand, I also heard (from guys in the services) that it's easier to get a tourist visa for Hawaii for the very reasons gypsyroad has outlined.
Anyone with some real exprience on that issue care to chime in (versus those of us with just theories)

Tourist visas are arranged with $$$$ and sponsership easily enough. Thai woman are traffic material in the sex trade, so conditions apply (and bonds)
For one to go herself is unusal but again depends on position status and money.
Taking one to live here is again possible much harder. (USA or Australia) but if protocols and red tape slowly navigated and the case is actually "genuine" it is time consuming but eventually obtainable.
Legal handelers are best option. * ( took me 8 months)
And over $4000 in legal fees.

I will not say where I located her. I will say it was great fun while it lasted. But it took a longer than originally anticipated.
