It is a shame that these things happen. Unfortunately I do not wonder it happened.
Went to Pattaya with another Thai couple 2 yrs ago for New Year.I advised not to go there, but the Thais insisted as there would be more action in Pattaya.
Well, neither of them had been there before and they could not picture what kind of action to be found in Pattaya... so when they went to get a haírcut both girls have been harassed as well.
When you have to be in that area, have an extra eye on your girl to avoid these rude m***erf*ckers.

I thought that she would cool off in a day or two, but a couple of days later she hired a Thai guy to get revenge. She even accompanied the hired-hand to watch as her wishes were carried out. They told the security guard at the customer's building not to get involved and then they waited for him to come downstairs. When he finally arrived, the Thai guy gave him a beating that resulted in a black eye. He also held a small knife to the guy's throat and told him to never treat a Thai lady like this again. Supposedly, he moved out of his room the following day. My friend said that she felt better, but still regretted what she had done. What's the price for Thai street justice? She paid 3000 baht (a lot more than I thought it would be!)."
I have a major problem with your story. First of all this girl is in the P4P industry? Correct. So she chose to go with this "stranger". So what exactly did this guy do? Rough sex, Money shot? And then she hires some dude to be Charles Bronson and get some revenge? Nice.
This story sounds like BS, with the security guard. So the security guard is going to let some guy come on the property with Knife? Dont think so. Sounds like a TV show.

Actually if you know Thailand this story is 100% believable. Who knows what the guy did, maybe slapped her around. Maybe f***ed her up the ass when she said NO. Many stories around from the girls, guys putting cigarettes out on their tits, etc.. Many scumbags around and then throw in a mixture of drugs and alcohol and anything is possible. I personnally saw a old farang slapping the hell out of some stunner on Soi 4 in the middle of the sidewalk. Last week some Thai guy slapping his Thai girl in a bar. So this stuff happens.
As for the security guard, that one is a no brainer. As the Thai guy has to do is tell him that some farang did something bad to a Thai girl and he will close his eyes. In fact, you will probably have to wake him up from his nap anyhow.
Do not believe it IT, and I will be reading about some Italian guy getting worked over or maybe one of those swan dives from the balconies in Pattaya.
Your size means nothing except how many Thai guys they will need to do the job and trust me they come out of the woodwork like cockroaches when they are coming to the aid of one of their brothers.

ItalianThug, I know it is common place for men to "pinch" women on the ass in Italy, I believe warnings that this may occur are written in most " Toursit guides" re Italy,, but you are NOT in Italy and this behaviuor is totally unacceptable and considered perverse by the vaste majority of people.

The only thing that surprises me about the story is that the Thai guy went alone and only with a knife. Normally they would be mob-handed and well prepared.

I could relate more than one similar story to you in both BKK and Pattaya. But I would be wasting my breath. You obviously think that you can handle yourself. Against a surprise attack from 10 or 20 Thai thugs armed with metal bars, etc. you could not.
PS You're not Steven Segal or Jean Claude Van Damme by any chance are you? I understand that one of them is in to knocking women about. The other has a penchant for little boys. I can't remember which is which though.

Hey, guys - let off on poor misguided ItaliaThug -- I figure if we let him believe it's cool to act like an ass, and not try to make him understand civilized behavior (or just that other rules apply in other cultures), it will be far more amusing for us down the road to read of his 'exploits' and 'consequences'.
Personally, I agree with the poster that pointed out that the Thai's tendency to not react and confront such behavior works against them, but little can be done, as that is simply the culture that they grew up in. Nevertheless, I still maintain that a stronger police presence on Sukhumwit, and a more agressive arrest of such morons (as well as the same for hopelessly drunk, loud, and obnoxious farang), with a mandatory fine of 4000 THB will go far to either curb such behavior, or at the very least contribute financially to the Police force...
