There are quite a few post regarding Cialis in the Health section. I agree with most of them.

Cialis, an oral PDE5 inhibitor, works by improving the response of the penis to sexual stimulation. It does this by relaxing the smooth muscle cells causing improved blood flow to the penis, allowing a full erection to occur long enough to enable sexual activity.
The active ingredient in CIALIS tablets, tadalafil, belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors.

Viagra is based on Sildenafil which relaxes muscles within the penis. This allows increased blood flow into the penis, necessary to achieve and maintain an erection.
Possible Viagra Side Effects include Headaches, flushing, stomach upset, nasal stuffiness, diarrhea and dizziness.
I have experienced the first 4 side effects.
You obtain a firmer erection with Viagra, but can have difficulties ejaculating.
IMHO, Cialis produces a more manageable erection with a certain amount of control over the ejaculation process. Intercourse seems more mellow and less frenetic with Cialis.
Enough of this - I am making myself horny and I still have 3 + weeks until I get back to BKK and put Cialis to good use!

just to end this saga.
reluctantly have had to return to Uk.
I did enjoy the R/T apart from being I think it was me a tosser by RTB. My pen lie,
It wasn't mine scene, due to my age and to think that I left jay, and the next day had to tell her I had to leave.
