Loa? I am not sure what you mean Loa. But also what is your definition of "to much trouble"? Need to know before attemtpting to answer.
BTW, in general, you should be able to "take" a person (as a passanger, do not take her as cargo) to most places. Some places will require a visa and some places not. Some places the visa should be not much problem and some it might be. Then there are the particulars of the person. Some people get a visa to a difficult place easily, while some cannpt get a visa to an easy place. And so on.
If you were a bit more specific perhaps we could give you relevant answers.

I like this lao girl working in BKK, I was wondering what other contries in the area she could travel to without to much trouble. For example could I take her to China, Hong Kong, or Singapore without going into a complex visa proccess?
Sorry if I wasn't very clear. I know the US has treaties with some countries to allow travel with few restriction, does Laos have any agreement with other countries in asia?

There's a list of ASEAN countries and their agreements online somewhere, it'll list Laos' agreements.
I could search for you and find it....but I guess you can do that for yourself?

I think, like their Khmer counterparts, there are not a lot of countries for them to go to without a visa.
I think a temporary border pass is all what is possible.
