Anyone got the info on how things changed with the subway?
I understand that easy access to places such as the adult activity centers in Ratchadapisek area worked wonders for the establishments and was paradise for us mongrels as well.
But wtf now?? The sub is closed down until further notice as I understand? And traffic became even more horrific (according to the nation) then before.
Getting on the subway heading to Poseidon or Nataree would be great. Hate sitting in a cab for hours (!?)
Anyone know any more info about the subway? I would hate to miss those wonderful locations. The places on Sukhumvit/Patpong (tacky as some may be) is much more preffered. Poontang is poontang and since being a lazy phokk.. I usually follow the simplest solution.
but i'll be leaving bkk on the 1st.. the timing sux!

Subway services are likely to resume as early as February 1, by which time officials will have dealt with all safety concerns, Transport Minister Suriya Jungrungreangkit said yesterday.
He said the two trains damaged in last Monday’s crash were being repaired while employees of Bangkok Metro Co Ltd, the subway concessionaire, were being trained about safety measures.
The expected early reopening of services resulted from mounting requests by commuters and not a concern about lost revenue, Suriya said.

Subway sucks. Screw them and that Jared dweeb. The real way he lost all that weight is because Subway's sammiches are so bad that he would puke every time he'd eat one.
Thus the weight loss.

Subway serves an OK sandwich in the US, I avoid them as there are other places that serve a way better sandwich.
