If I marry a TG and bring her back to Canada she will become a landed immigrant and can legally work here, then she can become a permanent resident and eventually a citizen which would allow her to apply for a Canadian passport. Once married, there is no need for any type of visas.
If I am married to a TG, do I still have to leave the country every 30 days? Are there any other advantages to being married?
