All the big international firms are here - and epensive as you can imagine. Local firms without the international big brother tend to have some limitations as to their ability to get what you want. Some are good for TV & print but lack good creative.
Start with Saatchi and see what they can deliver for the price.

Something I do in the states, and it could be a possibility for you is to use the uni's. They have some of the sharpest, and most up to date talent in the country. The only drawback is using new, untested talent, but this can be off set by the price you pay for the project.
Contact the business department. The marketing, and advertising schools should be under this dept. Let them know what you want, what your budget is, and the time frame involved. They should be able to help.
If it is a good project, you might have a team pick it up for a masters level project....then the cost could be minimal, but your time frame might have to be flexable.
This is a very budget way to get good work done. Having never used any Thai company in the past, my level of trust in getting what I want would be higher using the uni's.
Just a suggestion.
