The other day I needed to get somewhere quick, so I walked up to the motorcycle stand. There was 2 guys, one old man and one young guy. The old guy was drinking a beer so I asked the young guy to take me. He didnt quite know where the place was, so the old man was explaining where it was. The young guy still didnt get it, so finally the old man in frustration stood up, guzzled down his beer, stomped the can, grabbed his helmet and got on his bike. I really needed to go so I got on back and got there in time and in one piece. Stupid move on my part but made me shake my head and smile for sure!
Anyone else got any other stories?

Motor bike riders might be called "'bikers ""
In the U.S.
And hope for an aura of manliness sourronds them.
But here in thailand its girlie stuff.
Literally.
15 year old girls and boys ride to school.
Biking is not mr tough guy here.
Brand names like ""DREAM''
Or ""WAVE""
i AM PISSED (albiet it on country roads ) half the time riding.
Half of farangs and thais in pattaya are over limit on bikes nightly
I would be encouraged by the old guys beer.
The young guy might had Ya ba
But watch for the white whiskey rides.

South of Colombo, a family of five without helmet on a motorbike. They just cross the road while we're overtaking with difficulty another car. Bike's driver can't go for some reason but keep on pushing the bike with his feet across the road. We need to brake real hard. Totally f***ed up road customs out there in Sri f***ingLanka, hard to imagine I only witnessed one crash - van hit a motorbike than kept on driving...

Was in a car driven by my favorite MP girl. Get into a minor fender bender with the car in front (we are at fault). Insurance company is called (MP girl has insurance - other person does not) and rep is sent right away. Discover that other person's license has been suspended and is driving without one. When told that other person doesnt even have a license, (our) rep says that is a police matter and not an insurance matter and finds in favor of the other person (he is supposed to be on our side mind you).
MP Girl will have to pay for damages (fair enough) but the other person with suspended license gets off free and clear. Can someone explain this to me??? TIT...

TIT....TI..any state in USA as well.. without no fault insurance. Ticket to the driver you hit, but "fault of accident" unchanged.
