So far,
Posted in the bars in NEP.Cowboy they will be closed all day thursday 21st and all day friday 22 till 12 midnight, they can open for an hour after that.
But I think you can find someplaces that will be open during the day both days selling food and drinks. There will be a shortage of girls but you can still find more than enough floating around.
