It's essentially a watch, worn overnight (by the girl) that will be able to tell you in the morning how close to the 6-day fertility window the girl is.
I'm sure we can all figure out the obvious applications.
$99 seems like a worhwhile investment (though, note, the 'sensors' will need to be replaced per cycle, and those add up at $40 per month)

However sperm can remain alive for several days (at least 2-3 days, longer depending on the individuals involved) within the vagina which makes such a device useless to prevent possible unwanted pregnancies which of course is not its designed purpose.

I guess... to those who can't read, or add.
"...The OV-Watch detects the chloride surge 3 days prior to the estrogen surge, 4 days prior to the LH surge and 5 days prior to ovulation, making it an earlier predictor of ovulation than any other chemical surge during the month...."
In other words, for those too dense, with a 5 day warning prior to ovulation, and the claimed 2-3 day survival rate of sperm, you have a healthy safety margin and window of opportunity.

Now that I look at the watch, I doubt that any self-respecting BG would wear it long enough to detect the presence of chloride.
I mean it is a tacky pink plastic watch, now if it came in gold that might work...
