The more likely scenario is that the person featured in the documentary will be arrested by the FBI on charges on conspiracy of traveling overseas to have sex with a minor.

Oh, I doubt that.
Bit stingy, this doc maker. Not paying for the plane or the hotel.
Someone without a wife and kid should scam the doc maker, get in league with the bar girl and get the girl to demand far more money, or in league with some friendly police or pretend police and pretend to be scammed and get the doc maker to pay out large sums of money.
In fact....isn't filming porn illegal in this country? Aren't there laws on making films that make thailand look seedy? Someone (not me, hahah) could have some fun with this!
