alright fellas...i have my masta plan all worked out... in some time.. i am going to quit my job and head out to bkk... i would like to travel around SEA first then pick up some work somewhere as a broke english teacher....
question: i want to bring my laptop and i need to bring my degree... these are things i dont want to carry around... i have a mac, it is small... do they have safety depo boxes that i could put it into or while a travel around or what kind of alternatives might i have?

I'm sure there are... but I haven't seen any of them. The locals like to store stuff, but public storage isn't as popular as it is in the west.
If you start working here, you might as well build a system here. You can build a fairly decent system (good for just about anything besides maybe CAD or demanding games) here for about 25k (less than $600), monitor included.

i actually have a very nice mac laptop... would never touch a pc again if i had too...
but... the space i basically need is about the size of a 3 ring binder... anybody know if a safe box would hold that?

I am sure the banks have safety deposit boxes in their vault, but I have no idea how much that will cost you.
